2. Safety Instructions

5. Setup

5.1 Unpacking and Placement

  1. Carefully unpack the machine and all accessories from the packaging.
  2. Place the machine on a stable, level surface capable of supporting its weight (approx. 331 lbs).
  3. Ensure adequate space around the machine for operation, maintenance, and material handling.

5.2 Power Connection

  1. Verify that the local power supply matches the machine's requirements (110V 60HZ).
  2. Connect the power cord to a grounded electrical outlet.

5.3 Loading Labels

  1. Place the label roll onto the label tray spindle, ensuring it rotates freely.
  2. Thread the label web through the designated guides and rollers, past the electric eye sensor, and onto the take-up reel. Refer to Figure 3.5 for visual guidance on the label path.
  3. Ensure the label web is taut and aligned correctly to prevent skewing during application.

5.4 Adjusting for Bottles

  1. Adjust the conveyor line width to match the diameter of your bottles.
  2. Adjust the height of the labeling head and pressure marking sponge to ensure proper contact with the bottle and label.
  3. Use the adjustment knobs to fine-tune the position of the label applicator relative to the bottle.

6. Operation

6.1 Initial Power On

  1. After completing setup, turn on the main power switch.
  2. The touch panel will illuminate.

6.2 Touch Panel Controls

  • The English operation panel allows for easy control and testing.
  • Adjust the label separating speed as needed.
  • Set the delay time for label separation to optimize application timing.
  • Monitor machine status and adjust parameters via the touch screen.

6.3 Labeling Process

  1. Place bottles onto the conveyor line.
  2. Start the conveyor using the control panel.
  3. As bottles pass the electric eye sensor, labels will be automatically dispensed and applied.
  4. Adjust the conveyor line speed and pressure marking sponge speed controls (refer to Figure 3.1) to achieve optimal labeling results.
  5. Ensure labels are applied smoothly and without wrinkles or bubbles.

6.4 Emergency Stop

In case of any malfunction or emergency, press the red emergency stop switch immediately to halt all machine operations.

7. Maintenance

7.1 Daily Maintenance

  • Clean the machine surfaces, especially the conveyor belt and labeling head, to remove any dust, label residue, or spills.
  • Inspect the label path for any obstructions or wear on rollers.

7.2 Weekly Maintenance

  • Check all electrical connections for tightness and signs of wear.
  • Lubricate moving parts as indicated in the machine's specific lubrication points (refer to detailed diagrams if available).
  • Inspect the electric eye sensor for cleanliness and proper alignment.

7.3 Accessory Management
