Setup and Pairing

Follow these steps to connect your RAPIQUE USB-A receiver with your compatible RAPIQUE mouse:

1. Unplug Previous Receiver: If you have a previous USB receiver connected to your computer, unplug it before proceeding.
2. Set Mouse to 2.4GHz Mode: Ensure your RAPIQUE mouse is switched to 2.4GHz wireless mode.
3. Initiate Pairing on Mouse: Press and hold the mode switch button on your mouse until its mode indicator light flashes quickly. For R03 mouse models, press and hold the top DPI button instead. This indicates the mouse is in pairing mode.
4. Insert New Receiver: Insert the new USB-A receiver into an available USB-A port on your computer or device.
5. Confirm Connection: The mouse mode indicator light will turn solid for 1-2 seconds, confirming that the pairing is successful and the connection has been established.

Important Note: During the pairing process, the distance between the mouse and the receiver should not exceed 20cm (approximately 8 inches) to ensure successful connection.
