Setup

The UGREEN USB Bluetooth Adapter is designed for ease of use, offering a plug-and-play experience on most compatible Windows systems. Follow these steps for initial setup:

1. Disable Existing Bluetooth Devices: Before inserting the UGREEN adapter, it is crucial to disable any pre-existing Bluetooth devices or adapters on your computer. This prevents potential conflicts and ensures proper driver installation. Navigate to "Device Manager" (Right-Click "This PC" > "Manage" > "Device Manager" > "Bluetooth"), locate all existing Bluetooth devices (e.g., Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth), right-click, and select "Disable".

Connecting Bluetooth Devices
