Step-by-Step Assembly
- Prepare Components: Lay out all numbered wooden panels and hardware on a clean, flat surface. Identify each part according to the provided diagram.
- Install Slide Rails: Attach the three-section silent slide rails to the designated side panels of the cabinet and the drawer components. Ensure they are correctly oriented for smooth operation.
- Assemble Cabinet Frame: Connect the main panels of the cabinet using the three-in-one connectors and wooden dowels. Ensure all connections are secure and panels are aligned.
- Construct Drawers: Assemble the drawer boxes, attaching the remaining slide rail components. Install the gold metal handles to the front of each drawer.
- Insert Drawers: Carefully align the slide runners on the drawer with the unit and push the drawer inside until it stops.
- Attach Anti-Tipping Kit: Secure the anti-tipping kit to the back of the cabinet and to a wall stud to prevent tipping. This is a crucial safety step.
