3. Setup and Installation
Follow these steps to assemble your HECASA DJ Facade Booth:
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all items from the carry bag and packaging. Lay out the frame pieces, scrims, and hardware on a clean, flat surface.
- Assemble the Frame:
- Identify the frame sections. The facade consists of multiple interconnected frame pieces.
- Attach the adjustable non-slip rubber feet to the bottom of the frame sections by screwing them into the designated holes. Ensure they are tightened for stability.
- Connect the frame pieces using the provided connectors and screws. Use the hex wrench to tighten any loose connections. Ensure all Velcro strips on the frame pieces are facing inwards for proper scrim attachment.
- Attach the Scrims:
- Take one scrim and align its edges with the Velcro strips on one of the frame panels.
- Starting from the top, firmly press the scrim onto the Velcro strip, stretching it downwards to ensure a taut fit.
- Continue attaching the scrim along all four sides of the panel, ensuring no slack or wrinkles. The scrim should be pulled as flush as possible.
- Repeat this process for all four panels.

Folding and Unfolding:
The DJ Facade Booth is designed for quick folding and unfolding without needing to detach the panels. Simply push the panels together to fold them into a compact form for storage or transport. To unfold, pull the panels apart until they form the desired configuration.

Extending the Facade (Optional):
If you wish to extend your 4-panel facade to a 6-panel or 8-panel setup, you can purchase additional 2-panel extension kits. These kits typically include additional frame pieces and scrims, along with connectors (washers and Allen key/Phillips head screwdriver) to securely attach them to your existing facade. Ensure the Velcro strips on new panels align with existing ones for seamless scrim attachment.

5. Maintenance
Cleaning the Scrims:
The scrims are made of black cloth and are designed to be easily cleaned. They are machine washable or can be hand-washed. For best results, wash in cold water and lay flat to dry. Avoid using harsh chemicals or bleach, especially on colored scrims, to preserve their quality and color.
Frame Care:
Wipe the steel frame with a damp cloth to remove dust or smudges. Avoid abrasive cleaners that could damage the finish.
6. Troubleshooting
Scrims Not Fitting Tightly:
- Ensure the scrims are stretched evenly across the frame and firmly pressed onto all Velcro strips.
- Check that the frame pieces are fully connected and tightened, as a loose frame can prevent proper scrim tension.
Frame Instability:
- Verify that all screws and connectors are securely tightened using the provided hex wrench.
- Adjust the non-slip rubber feet on the bottom of the panels to ensure even contact with the floor, especially on uneven surfaces.
