- Keycap Removal: If you need to clean under the keycaps or replace switches, use a keycap puller (not included) to gently remove the keycaps. For switch replacement, use a switch puller (not included) to carefully extract the hot-swappable switches.
- Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the keyboard in a clean, dry environment away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
Troubleshooting
- Keyboard Not Responding:
- Ensure the USB cable is securely connected to both the keyboard and the computer.
- Try connecting the keyboard to a different USB port on your computer.
- Test the keyboard on another computer to rule out system-specific issues.
- Keys Not Registering:
- Check for any debris or foreign objects under the affected keycap.
- If using hot-swappable switches, ensure the switch is fully seated in its socket.
- RGB Backlighting Not Working/Incorrect:
- Verify that the lighting functions are enabled via the appropriate Fn key combinations.
- Ensure no software conflicts are present if using third-party customization tools.
