Product Overview

The earbuds are housed in a compact charging case featuring an LED display that shows the battery status of both the case and individual earbuds.

The earbuds are designed for an ultralight and ergonomic fit, weighing approximately 3.6g each. Three sizes of silicone ear tips (S, M, L) are included to ensure a comfortable and secure fit for different ear canals.

Setup Guide

1. Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the charging port on the case and plug the other end into a USB power source (e.g., computer, wall adapter). The LED display on the case will indicate charging progress.

The charging case features a dual LED display, showing the case's power level and the individual charging status of the left (L) and right (R) earbuds.

2. Selecting Ear Tips

Choose the ear tips that provide the best seal and comfort for your ears. A good seal is crucial for optimal sound quality and bass performance. Gently pull off the pre-installed tips and push on the desired size.

3. Pairing with Your Device

The earbuds utilize advanced Bluetooth 5.3 technology for fast and stable connections.

1. Ensure the earbuds are charged.
2. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), go to Bluetooth settings and enable Bluetooth.
4. Look for "S42" in the list of available devices and select it to connect.
5. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation tone, and the earbuds will be ready for use.

After the initial successful connection, the earbuds will automatically connect to the last paired device when taken out of the charging case.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

• Power On: Open the charging case, and the earbuds will automatically power on.
• Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid. They will automatically disconnect and power off.

Touch Controls

The earbuds feature intuitive touch controls on their outer surface. A light tap is usually sufficient for activation.

Making and Receiving Calls

The earbuds are equipped with a built-in microphone featuring Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC) to ensure clear call quality by isolating your voice from ambient noise.

The ENC noise reduction microphone effectively reduces environmental noise, ensuring your voice is clear during calls, even in noisy environments.

Charging

Charging the Earbuds

Place the earbuds into the charging case. They will automatically begin charging. The LED display on the case will show the charging status of each earbud.

Charging the Case

Connect the provided USB-C cable to the charging port on the case and a USB power source. The LED display will show the case's battery level as it charges.

Battery Life

Maintenance

Cleaning

Regularly clean your earbuds and charging case to maintain optimal performance and hygiene.

• Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to wipe the earbuds and charging case.
• For ear tips, remove them from the earbuds and clean with a mild soap solution if necessary, then rinse thoroughly and dry completely before reattaching.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners, alcohol, or chemical solvents.

Storage

When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them from dust and damage. Store the case in a cool, dry place away from extreme temperatures.

Water Resistance (IPX7)

The earbuds are IPX7 waterproof, meaning they can withstand submersion in up to 1 meter of water for 30 minutes. This makes them resistant to sweat and rain. However, the charging case is not waterproof. Do not expose the charging case to water or moisture.

• Do not use the earbuds for swimming or showering.
• Ensure earbuds are completely dry before placing them back into the charging case to prevent damage.

Troubleshooting

Earbuds Not Pairing/Connecting

• Ensure both earbuds are charged and taken out of the case.
• Turn off and on your device's Bluetooth.
• Forget/delete "S42" from your device's Bluetooth list and try pairing again.
• If only one earbud connects, try placing both earbuds back in the case, closing the lid, waiting a few seconds, and then taking them out again.

No Sound or Low Volume

• Check the volume level on both your device and the earbuds.
• Ensure the earbuds are properly seated in your ears and that the ear tips provide a good seal.
• Clean any debris from the earbud speaker mesh.

Charging Issues

• Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source.
• Try a different USB-C cable or power adapter.
• Ensure the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case are clean and free of debris.

Poor Call Quality

• Ensure the microphone on the earbuds is not obstructed.
• Move closer to your connected device to ensure a stable Bluetooth connection.
