1. Introduction
This manual provides essential instructions for the proper installation, operation, and maintenance of your Bloepum 52V 25A 1200W JP Brushless DC Motor and Meter Display Screen Controller. Please read this manual thoroughly before use to ensure safe and efficient operation of your electric scooter or bike.
2. Product Overview
The Bloepum controller system is designed for electric scooters and bikes, featuring a dual-drive brushless DC motor controller and a meter display screen. It provides stable speed control, sensitive direction changes, and includes an anti-theft alarm function. The controllers are constructed from aluminum alloy with grooves for effective heat dissipation, protecting internal circuits from thermal overloading.
This system is specifically compatible with JP controller Electric Bikes and Electric Scooters.
3. Safety Information
- Always disconnect power before performing any installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting.
- Ensure all connections are secure and correctly wired according to the provided diagrams. Incorrect wiring can cause damage to the components or pose a safety risk.
- Avoid exposing the controller and display to water, excessive moisture, or extreme temperatures.
- Do not attempt to open or modify the controller or display unit. This will void the warranty and may lead to malfunction or injury.
- Wear appropriate safety gear when operating an electric scooter or bike.
4. Package Contents

5. Setup and Installation
The installation process involves connecting the controllers to the motors, the display unit, and the power source. Due to the complexity of electrical systems, professional installation is recommended if you are unfamiliar with such procedures.
5.1 Controller Connections
Each brushless DC motor controller manages one motor. Ensure correct wiring for each motor to its respective controller. The controllers feature multiple wiring harnesses for various functions.

5.3 Power Connection
Connect the main power cables from the controllers to your 52V battery pack. Double-check polarity to prevent damage. Once all connections are secure, the system is ready for initial power-up.
6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Power On/Off
Press and hold the power button on the meter display screen to turn the system on or off.
6.2 Display Functions
The meter display screen provides critical information such as current speed, battery level, and riding mode. Use the buttons on the display to cycle through different information screens or adjust settings as per your scooter/bike's specific configuration.
6.3 Speed Control
The controller provides steady speed and sensitive control. The maximum speed supported is 60 KM/H, though actual speed depends on your motor's capabilities (requiring 1000W-1200W or more to reach this maximum).
6.4 Anti-Theft Alarm
The dual-drive controller includes an anti-theft alarm function. Refer to your scooter/bike's specific wiring diagram and display settings for activation and operation of this feature.
7. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Keep the controller and display unit clean and free from dust and debris. Use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning.
- Connections: Periodically check all electrical connections to ensure they are tight and free from corrosion.
- Storage: If storing the electric scooter/bike for an extended period, ensure the battery is charged to an appropriate level and store in a cool, dry place.
- Inspection: Regularly inspect the aluminum alloy casing for any signs of damage that might compromise heat dissipation.
8. Troubleshooting
This section addresses common issues you might encounter.
8.1 System Not Powering On
- Check the battery connection and ensure it is fully charged.
- Verify that the main power cables to the controllers are securely connected.
- Ensure the display screen's power button is functioning correctly.
8.2 Motor Not Responding
- Inspect the motor phase wires and Hall sensor wires for secure connections to the controller.
- Check for any error codes displayed on the meter screen.
- Ensure the throttle or accelerator is properly connected and functioning.
8.3 Display Screen Malfunction
- Verify the display unit's connection to the controller.
- If the screen is blank, check for power supply to the display.
If issues persist after performing these checks, contact customer support.
