Product Overview

Setup

Connecting to PC (Windows)

1. 2.4G Wireless Connection:
   • Insert the 2.4G USB receiver dongle into an available USB port on your PC.
   • Press and hold the Home button on the controller for 3 seconds until the indicator lights flash rapidly.
   • The controller will automatically pair with the dongle. Once connected, the indicator light will become solid.
2. Wired Connection:
   • Connect the USB-C charging cable to the controller and the other end to a USB port on your PC.
   • The controller will be recognized as a wired gamepad. The indicator light will show a solid color.

Connecting to Nintendo Switch

1. Wireless Connection:
   • On your Nintendo Switch, go to "System Settings" > "Controllers and Sensors" > "Pro Controller Wired Communication" and ensure it is set to "On".
   • Go to "Controllers" > "Change Grip/Order".
   • Press and hold the Home button on the controller for 3 seconds until the indicator lights flash rapidly.
   • The controller will automatically pair with the Switch. Once connected, the indicator light will become solid on the corresponding player number.

Button Layout and Functions

Adjustable Vibration

The controller features adjustable vibration feedback. To cycle through vibration intensities (e.g., Strong, Medium, Weak, Off), press the Vibration Adjustment Button (refer to product diagram for location, usually near the Home button).

Programmable MR/ML Buttons

The MR and ML buttons on the back of the controller can be programmed to mimic other button inputs for enhanced gameplay. Follow these steps to program them:

1. Press and hold the Program Button (often labeled 'M' or a gear icon) until the indicator light starts flashing slowly.
2. Press the MR or ML button you wish to program. The light will flash faster.
3. Press the button (or combination of buttons) you want to assign to the MR/ML button.
4. Press the Program Button again to confirm. The indicator light will return to solid, indicating successful programming.
5. To clear a programmed button, repeat step 1, then press the MR/ML button twice.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the controller. For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp cloth can be used, but ensure no liquid enters the controller. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Storage: Store the controller in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Battery Care: If storing for an extended period, charge the controller at least once every three months to maintain battery health.

Troubleshooting

Controller not connecting:

• Ensure the controller is charged.
• For 2.4G wireless, ensure the USB dongle is securely inserted and recognized by the device. Try a different USB port.
• For Switch, verify "Pro Controller Wired Communication" is enabled in system settings.
• Try restarting the controller by holding the Home button for 10 seconds until it powers off, then power it on again.
• If issues persist, try pairing the controller again following the setup instructions.

Buttons or joysticks not responding:

• Ensure the controller is properly connected.
• Check for any physical obstructions or debris around the buttons/joysticks.
