The Fosmon Universal Travel Adapter is a versatile 6-in-1 power solution designed for global travelers. It features multiple plug types, USB-A and USB-C ports, an integrated USB-C cable, and an AC outlet, allowing you to charge up to six devices simultaneously across over 200 countries. This adapter incorporates advanced GaN III technology for efficient and fast charging.

Important Safety Information

WARNING: This travel adapter is NOT a voltage converter. It does not convert voltage from one standard to another. Ensure your devices support dual voltage (100-250V) before connecting them to this adapter. Using devices that do not support the local voltage may cause damage to the device or the adapter, and poses a fire hazard.

Setup and Plug Selection

The Fosmon Universal Travel Adapter features sliding levers to deploy the correct plug type for your destination.

To Select a Plug Type:

  1. Identify the required plug type for your travel destination.
  2. Locate the corresponding slider on the side of the adapter.
  3. Slide the lever forward until the prongs fully extend and lock into place.
  4. To retract the prongs, press the release button (if present) and slide the lever back.

Operating Instructions

Charging Devices:

  1. Ensure the adapter's plug type is correctly extended for the wall outlet you intend to use.
  2. Plug the adapter firmly into the wall outlet. The LED indicator will illuminate, confirming power is supplied.
  3. Connect your devices to the available charging ports:
    • AC Outlet: Plug your device's power cord into the universal AC outlet on the front of the adapter.
    • USB-A Ports: Use your device's USB-A charging cable and connect it to either of the two USB-A ports.
    • USB-C Ports: Use your device's USB-C charging cable and connect it to either of the two USB-C ports. For 35W fast charging, use the USB-C1 port (labeled C1 or with a higher wattage indicator).
    • Built-in USB-C Cable: Gently pull the retractable USB-C cable from the side of the adapter and connect it to your USB-C device.
  4. The adapter can charge up to six devices simultaneously. Note that total wattage output may be distributed among multiple connected devices.

Maintenance

Cleaning:

Wipe the adapter with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.

Fuse Replacement:

The adapter is equipped with a replaceable 10A fuse and includes a spare fuse for convenience.

  1. Unplug the adapter from the wall outlet and disconnect all devices.
  2. Locate the fuse compartment, usually marked with "FUSE" or a fuse symbol, on the side of the adapter.
  3. Gently slide or pry open the fuse compartment cover.
  4. Remove the old fuse.
  5. Insert the new 10A fuse into the compartment. The spare fuse is typically stored next to the main fuse.
  6. Close the fuse compartment cover securely.
