Important Safety Information
WARNING: This travel adapter is NOT a voltage converter. It does not convert voltage from one standard to another. Ensure your devices support dual voltage (100-250V) before connecting them to this adapter. Using devices that do not support the local voltage may cause damage to the device or the adapter, and poses a fire hazard.
- Do not use with high-power appliances such as hair dryers, straighteners, curling irons, coffee makers, or electric kettles unless they are explicitly rated for dual voltage (100-250V).
- Always check the voltage requirements of your device before plugging it into the adapter.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not expose to liquids or extreme temperatures.
- Do not disassemble or attempt to repair the adapter.
- The adapter includes a replaceable 10A fuse with a backup for enhanced safety.

Operating Instructions
Charging Devices:
- Ensure the adapter's plug type is correctly extended for the wall outlet you intend to use.
- Plug the adapter firmly into the wall outlet. The LED indicator will illuminate, confirming power is supplied.
- Connect your devices to the available charging ports:
- AC Outlet: Plug your device's power cord into the universal AC outlet on the front of the adapter.
- USB-A Ports: Use your device's USB-A charging cable and connect it to either of the two USB-A ports.
- USB-C Ports: Use your device's USB-C charging cable and connect it to either of the two USB-C ports. For 35W fast charging, use the USB-C1 port (labeled C1 or with a higher wattage indicator).

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Adapter not powering on / LED not lit | No power from wall outlet; Blown fuse; Adapter not fully plugged in. | Check wall outlet with another device. Replace fuse if blown. Ensure adapter is firmly plugged in and prongs are fully extended. |
| Device not charging or charging slowly | Incorrect cable; Device not compatible with fast charging; Too many devices connected; Device requires voltage conversion. | Ensure cable is functional and correctly connected. Use the 35W USB-C1 port or built-in cable for fast charging. Disconnect some devices to increase power to others. Confirm device supports dual voltage (100-250V). |
| Adapter feels warm | Normal operation under load; Overload. | Slight warmth is normal. If excessively hot, unplug immediately and reduce the number of connected devices or total wattage. |
| Prongs not extending/retracting | Mechanism jammed; Debris. | Ensure no debris is blocking the mechanism. Apply gentle, even pressure. Do not force. |
