Setup Guide

1. Charging Your Smartwatch

Before initial use, fully charge your smartwatch. Connect the magnetic charging cable to the charging points on the back of the watch and plug the USB end into a compatible power source.

2. App Installation and Pairing

Download the FitCloudPro app from your smartphone's app store (compatible with Android 4.4+ and iOS 8.0+). Open the app, create an account if prompted, and follow the on-screen instructions to pair your smartwatch via Bluetooth. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.

3. Adjusting the Strap

Your watch comes with both a stainless steel band and a silicone band. Use the provided strap adjuster tool to remove pins from the metal band for a perfect fit. The silicone band can be easily swapped for different activities or preferences.

• Speaker volume too low/inconsistent: Check the watch's volume settings. Ensure your wrist position does not obstruct the speaker during calls or media playback.
• Screen lights up too easily with wrist gesture: Adjust the wrist gesture sensitivity in the FitCloudPro app settings to prevent accidental screen activation.
• Binding issues: Ensure the watch is sufficiently charged and Bluetooth is enabled on both the watch and your phone. Try restarting both devices and attempting the binding process again. Ensure no other devices are attempting to connect simultaneously.
