Product Overview

Image: Blackview Wireless Earbuds in their open charging case. The earbuds are white with silver accents at the bottom of the stems. The charging case is also white with the "Blackview" logo on the front and a small green indicator light below it. The right earbud shows a subtle fingerprint icon indicating touch control area.
The Blackview Wireless Earbuds consist of two individual earbuds and a portable charging case. The earbuds feature an in-ear design for a secure fit and are equipped with touch-sensitive areas for control. The charging case not only protects the earbuds but also recharges them on the go.
Setup
1. Charging the Earbuds and Case
Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. The case provides up to 36 hours of total playtime with multiple charges.
- Connect the USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the case and the other end to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
- The indicator light on the charging case will show charging status. A solid green light typically indicates a full charge.
- Place the earbuds into the charging case. Ensure they are correctly seated; the earbuds will begin charging automatically.
2. Pairing with Your Device
The earbuds use Bluetooth 5.3 for a stable and efficient connection.
- Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode, indicated by a flashing light on the earbuds (specific light pattern may vary).
- On your device (smartphone, laptop, etc.), go to Bluetooth settings and turn on Bluetooth.
- Search for available devices. Select "Blackview Earbuds" (or similar name) from the list.
- Once connected, the earbud indicator lights will turn off or show a steady light, and you will hear a confirmation tone.
- After initial pairing, the earbuds will automatically connect to the last paired device when taken out of the case, provided Bluetooth is enabled on the device.

Maintenance
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your earbuds.
- Cleaning: Regularly clean the earbuds, especially the ear tips and charging contacts, with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Water Resistance: The earbuds are IPX7 waterproof, meaning they can withstand immersion in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. However, the charging case is not waterproof. Do not expose the charging case to liquids. Ensure earbuds are dry before placing them back in the charging case.
- Storage: When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them and keep them charged. Store in a cool, dry place away from extreme temperatures.
- Battery Care: To preserve battery life, avoid fully discharging the earbuds and case frequently. Charge them regularly, even if not used for extended periods.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your Blackview Wireless Earbuds, refer to the following common solutions:
- Earbuds not connecting or only one earbud working:
- Ensure both earbuds are charged.
- Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open the lid and try connecting again.
- On your device, forget or unpair "Blackview Earbuds" from your Bluetooth settings, then restart your device and attempt to pair again from scratch.
- Ensure no other Bluetooth devices are interfering or connected to the earbuds.
- Poor sound quality or intermittent connection:
- Ensure the earbuds are fully charged.
- Move closer to your connected device to reduce interference.
- Clean the earbud grilles and ear tips to remove any debris that might be obstructing sound.
- Try resetting the earbuds (refer to manufacturer's website for specific reset instructions if not covered here).
- Earbuds not charging:
- Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source.
