Setup

1. Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Place the earbuds into the charging case. Connect the charging case to a power source using a compatible USB cable (not included) or place it on a wireless charging pad.

The charging case provides an additional 15.5 hours of playtime, extending the total listening time to over 21 hours. The case has indicator lights to show charging status and battery level.

2. Pairing with a Device

Ensure the earbuds are charged.
Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode (indicated by flashing lights on the earbuds).
On your device (smartphone, tablet, computer), go to the Bluetooth settings.
Search for available devices and select "QAir Stems" from the list.
Once connected, the earbud indicator lights will stop flashing.

The earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when removed from the case, if Bluetooth is enabled on the device.

Voice Assistant

Maintenance

Troubleshooting

Problem	Possible Solution
Earbuds not pairing	Ensure earbuds are charged. Place earbuds back in the case, close, then open again to re-enter pairing mode. Turn off and on Bluetooth on your device. Forget "QAir Stems" from your device's Bluetooth list and try pairing again.
No sound or low volume	Check volume levels on both earbuds and your connected device. Ensure earbuds are properly seated in your ears. Reconnect the earbuds to your device.
Earbuds not charging	Ensure the charging cable (if used) is securely connected to both the case and power source. If using wireless charging, ensure the case is correctly positioned on the charging pad. Clean the charging contacts on both the earbuds and inside the case.
One earbud not working	Place both earbuds back in the charging case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open and try again. Ensure both earbuds are charged.
