Setup

  1. Unpacking and Inspection:

    Carefully remove the sack closer from its packaging. Inspect the unit for any signs of damage during transit. Ensure all listed package contents are present.

  2. Power Connection:

    Locate the power input port on the side of the machine. Connect the provided power cord securely to the machine and then to a suitable power outlet (210W power requirement).

  3. Thread Installation:

    Place the sewing thread spool onto the designated holder. Follow the thread path indicated on the machine, ensuring the thread passes through all guides and tensioners correctly before being threaded through the needle.

Operating Instructions

  1. Preparation:

    Ensure the machine is plugged in and the thread is correctly installed and tensioned. Prepare the bag to be sealed, ensuring the edges are aligned.

  2. Starting the Machine:

    Hold the machine firmly by the grinding handle. Press the power switch (typically located on the handle) to start the motor.

  3. Sewing the Bag:

    Gently guide the edge of the bag under the pressure foot and needle. Maintain a steady pace, allowing the machine to feed the material and create a single-line chain stitch. The wide pressure foot design aids in stable operation.

  4. Finishing the Stitch:

    Once the desired length of the seam is reached, guide the bag away from the needle. The automatic cutting line feature will trim the thread.
