3. Setup and Installation

Proper setup is crucial for the safe and effective operation of your MechMaxx ELT88 Hydraulic Lift Table.

4. Operating Instructions

The MechMaxx ELT88 Hydraulic Lift Table is operated via a wired control pendant.

  1. Power On: Ensure the lift table is properly connected to a power source.
  2. Placing Load: Carefully place the item to be lifted onto the center of the platform. Ensure the load is stable and does not exceed the 8800 lbs capacity.
  3. Raising the Platform: Press and hold the "Up" button on the control pendant to raise the platform to the desired height. Release the button to stop the platform.
  4. Lowering the Platform: Before lowering, ensure the area beneath the platform is completely clear of personnel and obstructions. Press and hold the "Down" button on the control pendant to lower the platform. Release the button to stop the platform. The safety guard will activate if an obstruction is met during descent.
  5. Emergency Stop: In case of an emergency, press the large red "STOP" button on the control pendant to immediately halt all movement.
