4. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Monster Cube 1 speaker, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

  • No Power:
Ensure the speaker is fully charged. Connect it to a power source using the USB-C cable and allow it to charge for at least 30 minutes before attempting to power on again.
  • Cannot Pair via Bluetooth:
Make sure the speaker is in pairing mode (flashing Bluetooth indicator). Ensure your device's Bluetooth is enabled and within range. Try turning both the speaker and your device off and on again. Clear previous Bluetooth connections on your device if necessary.
  • No Sound:
Check the volume levels on both the speaker and your connected device. Ensure the speaker is properly paired. If using a TF card, ensure it is inserted correctly and contains compatible audio files.
  • Poor Sound Quality:
Move the speaker closer to your Bluetooth device to reduce interference. Ensure there are no obstructions between the speaker and the device. Check if the audio source file is of good quality.
  • Multi-Speaker Pairing Fails:
Ensure both speakers are not connected to any other Bluetooth devices before attempting TWS pairing. Follow the TWS pairing instructions carefully.
