Initial Cleaning
Before first use, wash all detachable parts (juicing bowl, filter, auger, feed chute, juice cup, pulp cup) with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
4. Operating Instructions
Preparing Ingredients
Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly. For optimal juicing and to prevent clogging, it is recommended to cut fibrous ingredients like celery into small chunks. The juicer features a 3.3-inch wide and dual feed chute, allowing for larger pieces of fruits and vegetables, and a smaller chute for strip-shaped ingredients, reducing preparation time.

Juicing Process
- Plug the juicer into a power outlet.
- Press the "ON" button to start the juicer. The low 60 RPM speed minimizes heat build-up and oxidation, preserving nutrients.
- Slowly feed prepared ingredients into the appropriate feed chute. Use the food pusher only when necessary.
- The juicer will automatically separate the juice into the juice cup and the pulp into the pulp cup.
- After juicing, press the "OFF" button to stop the appliance.

Figure 4.2: 7-Stage Upgraded Spiral Auger Process
The powerful masticating technology, featuring a concave feed chute, effectively grinds fruits and vegetables, reducing tangling and clogging, and increasing juice yield up to 96%. This design also prevents direct hand entry for safety.

The juicer also features a "Magic Plug" to lock in nutrients and prevent oxidation, allowing for mixing different juices without immediate dripping.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your juicer. The Aeitto masticating juicer features a simple and quick disassembly design for easy cleaning.
- Unplug the juicer from the power outlet.
- Disassemble all removable parts: feed chute assembly, auger, filter screen, juicing bowl, juice cup, and pulp cup.
- Rinse all parts under running water to remove large pulp residues.
- Use the included special brush to clean the filter screen thoroughly, as pulp can easily get trapped in its fine mesh.
- Wash all parts with warm, soapy water.
- Rinse thoroughly and allow all parts to air dry completely before reassembling or storing.
- Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Do not submerge the motor base in water.
6. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Juicer does not turn on. | Not plugged in; parts not assembled correctly; power outage. | Ensure the power cord is securely plugged in. Check that all parts are correctly assembled and locked. Verify power supply. |
| Juicer stops during operation or clogs. | Too much ingredient fed at once; hard ingredients; pulp buildup. | Press the REV button to clear obstacles. Reduce the amount of ingredients fed at one time. Ensure ingredients are properly prepared (e.g., celery cut into small chunks). Clean the filter screen if there is significant pulp buildup. |
| Low juice yield or wet pulp. | Ingredients not suitable for juicing; improper feeding; worn parts. | Ensure ingredients are fresh and suitable for cold press juicing. Feed ingredients slowly. If issues persist after prolonged use, consider checking for worn parts. |
| Loud noise during operation. | Hard ingredients; improper assembly; motor strain. | Ensure no hard seeds or pits are being juiced. Reassemble parts to ensure they are correctly aligned. If the noise is excessive and persistent, contact customer support. Note that the juicer operates at less than 60 decibels under normal conditions. |
