4. Setup

4.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge your Anker SOLIX F3800 Plus using the provided AC charging cable. Plug the AC cable into a standard wall outlet and connect it to the power station's AC input port. The display will show charging progress.

4.2 Connecting Solar Panels

To charge using solar energy, connect the 400W solar panel(s) to the dedicated solar input ports on the power station using the provided MC4 solar cables. Ensure the panels are positioned to receive maximum sunlight.

The F3800 Plus supports up to 3,200W solar input via two 165V MPPT ports, allowing for rapid recharging in optimal conditions.

4.3 Connecting to a Gas Generator

The power station can be recharged by a gas generator. Connect your 240V gas generator to the F3800 Plus via a 6,000W bypass. An Anker SOLIX Generator Adapter may be required and supports a single F3800 Plus unit.

4.4 Connecting to a Home Power Panel

For whole-home backup, the Anker SOLIX F3800 Plus can be integrated with a compatible Home Power Panel (sold separately). This setup enables automatic switchover during outages and intelligent energy management.

5. Operation

5.1 Powering Devices

To power your devices, simply plug them into the appropriate AC, USB, or car socket outlets on the front or side of the power station. Ensure the power station is turned on.

Download the Anker app to remotely control and monitor your SOLIX F3800 Plus. Connect via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth to view power sources, monitor usage, and optimize energy settings for maximum savings.

5.3 Dual-Voltage Output

The F3800 Plus provides 120V/240V dual-voltage output, allowing it to power a wide range of household appliances, including high-demand items like electric dryers. For even greater power, two F3800 Plus units can be paired for a combined 12,000W max AC output.

5.5 EV and RV Charging

Directly power your Electric Vehicle (EV) or Recreational Vehicle (RV) by plugging the Anker SOLIX F3800 Plus into your EV or RV power inlet via the NEMA L14-30 or NEMA TT-30P ports.
