This manual provides instructions for the assembly, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your GenSDH Ergonomic Mesh Office Chair. Please read this manual thoroughly before assembly and use to ensure proper function and safety.

Setup and Assembly
Follow these steps to assemble your office chair. It is recommended to assemble on a soft, clean surface to prevent damage.
- Attach Casters to Base: Insert each of the five casters into the holes at the end of each leg of the chair base. Push firmly until they click into place.
- Insert Gas Lift: Place the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the assembled chair base.
- Attach Mechanism Plate to Seat: Align the mechanism plate with the pre-drilled holes on the underside of the seat cushion. Ensure the front of the mechanism faces the front of the seat. Secure with screws using the provided Allen wrench.
- Attach Armrests to Seat: Attach the armrests to the sides of the seat cushion using the designated screws. Do not fully tighten yet.
- Attach Backrest to Seat/Armrests: Align the backrest with the armrests and the mechanism plate. Secure the backrest to the armrests and the mechanism plate using screws. Once all screws are in place, fully tighten all armrest and backrest screws.
- Attach Headrest: Insert the headrest into the designated slots at the top of the backrest.
- Connect Seat Assembly to Gas Lift: Carefully place the assembled seat and backrest onto the gas lift cylinder, ensuring the center hole of the mechanism plate aligns with the top of the gas lift. Press down firmly to secure.
Operating Instructions
Your GenSDH Ergonomic Mesh Office Chair offers several adjustable features for personalized comfort.
1. Seat Height Adjustment
To adjust the seat height, locate the lever on the right side beneath the seat cushion.
- To raise the seat: Lift the lever while taking your weight off the seat. The seat will rise automatically. Release the lever at the desired height.
- To lower the seat: Lift the lever while remaining seated. The seat will lower. Release the lever at the desired height.
2. Tilt Function and Locking
The chair features a three-speed locking chassis allowing for a tilt of up to 120 degrees.
- To recline: Pull out the lever on the left side beneath the seat. Lean back to the desired angle (up to 120 degrees). Push the lever back in to lock the tilt position.
- To return to upright: Pull out the lever, lean forward slightly, and the backrest will return to its upright position. Push the lever back in to lock.

3. 360-Degree Swivel
The chair is designed to swivel 360 degrees for ease of movement and access to your workspace.
4. Fixed Headrest
The chair features a fixed headrest designed to support your neck and head, conforming to the natural curve of the human body.

5. Double S Support Spine Protection
The backrest features an ergonomic curve design with nylon frame support to provide optimal lumbar and spine protection.

6. Comfortable Armrests
The armrests are designed with a PU surface for comfort and durability, providing stable support for your arms.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe mesh and plastic parts with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals. For the latex seat cushion, spot clean with a gentle fabric cleaner.
- Hardware Check: Periodically check all screws and bolts to ensure they are tight. Re-tighten as needed to maintain stability and safety.
- Caster Care: Keep casters free of hair and debris to ensure smooth rolling.
- Avoid Direct Sunlight: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may cause fading or material degradation.
Troubleshooting
