- Use only genuine AromaRoom replacement filters.

- Power Button: Turns the unit on or off.
- Mode Button: Cycles through fan speeds (Low, Medium, High) and Sleep Mode.
- Timer Button: Sets the operating timer for 2, 4, or 8 hours.
- Light/Reset Button: Toggles the night light on/off. Press and hold for 3 seconds to reset the filter replacement indicator.
Setup and Initial Use
- Unpack the Unit: Carefully remove the air purifier from its packaging.
- Remove Filter Packaging: The 3-in-1 HEPA filter comes pre-installed but sealed in plastic. The AC power adapter is also stored inside the air purifier.
- Rotate the bottom cover counter-clockwise to unlock and remove it.
- Take out the filter and remove all plastic packaging. Retrieve the power adapter.
- Place the unwrapped filter back into the unit.
- Secure the bottom cover by rotating it clockwise until it locks.
- Place the Air Purifier: Position the unit on a flat, stable surface, ensuring at least 15 inches (38 cm) of clearance from walls or furniture for optimal airflow.
- Connect Power: Plug the power adapter into the DC 12V port on the back of the unit, then plug the adapter into a standard electrical outlet.

Operation

- Power On/Off: Press the Power button to turn the unit on or off. The blue indicator light will illuminate when on.
- Adjust Fan Speed/Mode: Press the Mode button to cycle through fan speeds: Low (one wave icon), Medium (two wave icons), High (three wave icons), and Sleep Mode (moon icon).
- In Sleep Mode, the fan operates at its lowest speed (22dB) and the display lights dim for minimal disturbance.
- Set Timer: Press the Timer button to set the operating time for 2, 4, or 8 hours. The unit will automatically turn off after the selected time.
- Night Light & Filter Reset: Press the Light/Reset button to turn the night light on or off.
- When the filter replacement indicator (usually a red light) illuminates, it's time to replace the filter. After replacing the filter, press and hold the Light/Reset button for 3 seconds to reset the filter lifetime counter.
- Aromatherapy Function:
- Locate the aromatherapy slot on the side of the unit.
- Pull out the small tray containing the aroma pad.
- Add a few drops of your preferred essential oil (not included) onto the aroma pad.
- Slide the tray back into the slot. The air purifier will then diffuse the scent into the room.
- Note: Do not add essential oils directly into the air outlet or filter. Only use the designated aromatherapy pad. Avoid essential oils containing acetone or ether, as they may corrode plastic parts.

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your AromaRoom AP102-A Air Purifier.
Filter Replacement
The 3-in-1 HEPA filter should be replaced every 3-6 months, depending on usage and air quality. The filter replacement indicator light will remind you when it's time.
- Power Off and Unplug: Always turn off and unplug the air purifier before replacing the filter.
- Remove Bottom Cover: Rotate the bottom cover counter-clockwise to unlock and remove it.
- Remove Old Filter: Carefully pull out the used filter. Dispose of it properly.
- Install New Filter: Remove all packaging from the new AromaRoom genuine filter. Insert the new filter into the unit.
- Replace Bottom Cover: Place the bottom cover back onto the unit and rotate it clockwise until it locks securely.
- Reset Filter Indicator: Plug in and power on the unit. Press and hold the Light/Reset button for 3 seconds until the indicator light turns off.

Cleaning the Unit
- Wipe the exterior of the air purifier with a soft, dry cloth.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- The pre-filter layer of the 3-in-1 filter can be gently cleaned with a soft brush or vacuum cleaner every 2-4 weeks to remove large particles. Do not wash the HEPA or activated carbon layers.
