1. Introduction

The FOFNON Automatic Egg Incubator is designed to provide an optimal and consistent environment for hatching various types of eggs, including chicken, duck, goose, and quail. This incubator features automatic egg turning, precise temperature and humidity control, and a built-in egg candler, making the hatching process efficient and accessible for both beginners and experienced users.

Its advanced digital control system ensures stable conditions, aiming for higher success rates without constant manual intervention.

4.1 Initial Placement

Place the incubator on a flat, stable surface in a room with a consistent ambient temperature, away from direct sunlight, drafts, or extreme temperature fluctuations.

4.2 Power Connection

Connect the power adapter to the incubator and then plug it into a suitable electrical outlet. The display will illuminate.

4.3 Adding Water for Humidity Control

The incubator features two external automatic watering devices. Connect the water bottles upside down to the designated water inlets on the incubator base. It is recommended to use warm distilled water (27-32 °C / 80-90 °F).

Ensure any unused water inlet is sealed with the provided cap to prevent temperature and humidity loss.

4.4 Pre-heating and Stabilization

Allow the incubator to run for 2-3 hours after adding water to stabilize the temperature and humidity levels before placing eggs inside. This ensures optimal conditions from the start of incubation.

5. Operation

5.1 Egg Placement

The incubator comes with two different sized egg trays: one designed for 18 chicken eggs and another for 8 larger eggs. Select the appropriate tray for the type of eggs you are incubating. Carefully place the fertilized eggs into the designated slots on the tray.

5.2 Automatic Egg Turning

The incubator features an automatic egg turning mechanism that mimics natural incubation, ensuring uniform heat distribution. This eliminates the need for manual turning, saving time and effort.

Important: The automatic egg turning will cease 4 days prior to the expected hatch date. This prepares the chicks for hatching and allows them to position themselves correctly.

5.3 Temperature and Humidity Control

6.1 Cleaning Instructions

To ensure longevity and hygiene, regular cleaning of your incubator is essential. Unplug the unit before cleaning.

If you encounter issues with your FOFNON incubator, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:
