  2. Handlebar Installation: Attach the handlebars to the stem, ensuring they are centered and tightened securely. Adjust the angle for comfortable riding.
  3. Front Wheel Installation: Install the front wheel, ensuring the quick-release skewer or axle nuts are properly tightened. Verify the brake rotor is correctly seated within the caliper.

2. Pedal Assist System (PAS)

The MG600 Lite features a torque sensor for natural pedal assistance. Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the control panel to select your desired assist level (typically 0-5). Level 0 provides no assistance, while higher levels provide more motor power.

3. Gear Shifting

Your e-bike is equipped with an 8-speed trigger shifter. Shift gears smoothly by pressing the levers. Downshift before stopping or climbing hills to make pedaling easier. Avoid shifting under heavy load.

4. Braking System

The e-bike uses hydraulic disc brakes for reliable stopping power. Apply both brake levers simultaneously for balanced and effective braking. Test brakes regularly for responsiveness.

5. Lights

The e-bike includes a rear light. Activate lights via the display controls for improved visibility, especially during low-light conditions.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your LANKELEISI MG600 Lite.

  • Battery Care: Charge the battery regularly, even when not in use, to maintain its health. Store the battery in a cool, dry place. Avoid fully discharging the battery.
  • Tire Pressure: Check tire pressure before each ride. Maintain pressure within the recommended range printed on the tire sidewall.
  • Brake Inspection: Regularly inspect brake pads for wear and brake levers for proper tension and responsiveness. Replace worn pads promptly.
  • Chain Lubrication: Keep the chain clean and lubricated to ensure smooth gear changes and prevent wear.
  • General Cleaning: Clean your e-bike with a damp cloth. Avoid using high-pressure washers directly on electrical components.
  • Fastener Checks: Periodically check all bolts, nuts, and quick releases for tightness.
