5. Setup
- Placement: Position the fire pit on a flat, stable, non-combustible surface outdoors. Ensure adequate clearance from walls, ceilings, and other combustible materials.
- Propane Tank Installation: Open the access door on the side of the fire pit. Place a standard 20 lb propane tank (not included) into the designated compartment. Secure the tank using the provided strap or screw.
- Connect Regulator: Connect the regulator hose from the fire pit to the propane tank valve. Hand-tighten firmly. Do not use tools to tighten, as this may damage the connection.
- Leak Test: Before first use and after any tank change, perform a leak test. Mix a solution of soapy water (50% soap, 50% water). With the tank valve open and the fire pit control knob in the OFF position, apply the solution to all gas connections. If bubbles appear, there is a leak. Close the tank valve immediately and tighten connections. Repeat the test. If leaks persist, do not use the fire pit and contact customer service.
- Add Decorative Rocks: Distribute the provided lava rocks evenly over the burner area, ensuring not to block the igniter or burner ports.
6. Operating Instructions
- Before Lighting: Ensure the propane tank valve is fully open. The fire pit control knob should be in the OFF position.
- Lighting the Burner:
- Push and turn the control knob counter-clockwise to the LOW position.
- Immediately press and hold the igniter button until the burner lights. You may hear a click.
- Once lit, continue to hold the control knob in for 10-15 seconds to allow the thermocouple to heat up and engage the safety valve.
- Release the control knob. If the flame extinguishes, repeat the lighting procedure.
- Adjusting the Flame: The fire pit features an infinite flame adjustment knob. Rotate the control knob to increase or decrease the flame height to your desired level.
- Shutting Down: Turn the control knob clockwise to the OFF position. Once the flame is extinguished, close the valve on the propane tank.

7. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Allow the fire pit to cool completely before cleaning. Wipe exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.
- Burner Maintenance: Periodically inspect the burner and burner ports for obstructions (e.g., spider webs, debris). Clean as necessary using a soft brush.
- Storage: When not in use, especially during inclement weather or extended periods, cover the fire pit with the included protective pit cover. This helps protect it from dust, rain, and other elements.
- 2-in-1 Table Functionality: The included cover allows you to transform the fire pit into a standard table when the fire is not in use, providing a sturdy surface for drinks or other items.
