3. Setup

Assembling your mandoline slicer is quick and straightforward:

  1. Unfold the Slicer: Gently pull the base outwards until the stands snap securely into place, forming a stable A-frame structure.
  2. Attach the Food Chute: Lift the tab on the top of the slicer to release the food chute. Insert the food chute into the main body, ensuring it clicks into place.
  3. Position the Container: Slide the transparent collection container beneath the slicer, ensuring it aligns with the cutting area to catch sliced ingredients.
  4. Unlock the Handle: Twist the handle at the top clockwise to unlock it, allowing for vertical slicing motion.

4. Operating Instructions

Adjusting Thickness and Cutting Mode:
