1. Important Safeguards

Please read all instructions carefully before operating the Nuwave Double Cooktop Induction Countertop Burner. Retain this manual for future reference.

  • Electrical Safety: Ensure the appliance is connected to a grounded outlet with the correct voltage (120V) and wattage capacity (900W & 1800W). Do not overload electrical circuits.
  • Cookware Compatibility: Use only induction-compatible cookware. The cooktop will not heat non-magnetic pots or pans. Refer to the 'Cookware Compatibility' section for details.
  • Heat and Surfaces: While induction cooking keeps the surrounding area cool, the cooking surface itself will be hot after use. Allow it to cool before touching. Do not place the cooktop on heat-sensitive surfaces without adequate protection.
  • Automatic Shut-Off: The cooktop features an automatic shut-off function when cookware is removed or after a set cook time is completed. This enhances safety by preventing continuous heating.
  • Child Safety: Keep the appliance out of reach of children. The built-in safety lock prevents accidental activation.
  • Ventilation: Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit during operation. Do not block air vents.
  • Cleaning: Always unplug the unit and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
