Setup
Before first use, ensure all packaging materials are removed from the appliance and accessories. Wash all removable parts (sheet pans, wire racks, air fry basket, crumb tray) in warm, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly. Wipe the interior and exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth. Place the oven on a clean, dry, level surface, ensuring adequate clearance (at least 6 inches) from walls and other appliances for proper ventilation.
Operating Instructions
General Operation
- Plug the power cord into a wall outlet. The display will illuminate.
- Press the Power button (⏻) to turn the unit on. The display will show "HELLO".
- Use the control panel on the right side of the appliance to select your desired cooking function.
- The control knob allows you to adjust temperature, time, and other settings. Press the knob to confirm selections.
- Press the Start/Stop button to begin or pause cooking.
Using the Top Oven
The top oven is ideal for quick meals and snacks. Press the TOP button to activate the top oven functions:

Using the Bottom Oven
The bottom oven is suitable for larger meals and air frying. Press the BOTTOM button to activate the bottom oven functions:
- WHOLE ROAST: For roasting large cuts of meat or poultry.
- AIR ROAST: For crispy exteriors and juicy interiors on roasted foods.
- AIR FRY: For crispy results with little to no oil. Use the air fry basket.
- CONVECTION BAKE: For even baking results with fan-assisted heat.
- PIZZA: Optimized settings for cooking pizzas.

Smart Finish with DualZone Technology
To use Smart Finish, select a function and settings for the top oven, then press the SMART FINISH button. Select a function and settings for the bottom oven. The oven will automatically adjust cooking times so both meals finish simultaneously. The display will indicate when each zone is preheating and cooking.
Using the Pro Cook Thermometer
Insert the Pro Cook Thermometer into the thickest part of your food, avoiding bone. Plug the thermometer into the port on the side of the oven. Select a cooking function and desired doneness level. The oven will automatically cook until the target internal temperature is reached, then switch to Keep Warm mode.
Cleaning and Maintenance

- Always unplug the oven and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
