Setup and Initial Use

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure you have two hearing aids, two USB cables, two power adapters, 12 earplugs, two brushes, and this user manual.
  2. Initial Charge: Before first use, fully charge your hearing aids.

  3. Earplug Selection and Insertion: Choose the earplug size that provides the most comfortable and secure fit in your ear canal. Gently attach the selected earplug to the catheter.

    Place the ear hook over your ear, then gently insert the earplug into your ear canal. Ensure a snug fit to prevent feedback and maximize sound quality. The design allows for use on either the left or right ear.

Operating Instructions

  1. Power On/Off: To power on the device, press and hold the switch until the indicator light turns on. To turn off, press and hold the switch again until the light turns off.
  2. Adjusting Volume: Quickly press the Volume Knob to adjust the amplification level. Each press will cycle through the available volume levels.
  3. Changing Modes: Your hearing aids feature 4 noise reduction modes.

    To change between the four noise reduction modes, press and hold the Mode Button for 2 seconds. Release the button to select the desired mode. A flash will indicate the selected mode.
