Operating Instructions

Taking a Measurement

  2. Wrap the cuff firmly around your upper arm, making sure it is neither too tight nor too loose. The cuff is designed to fit arm circumferences from 8" to 16".
  3. Press the START/STOP button. The monitor will automatically inflate the cuff and begin the measurement.
  4. Remain still and quiet during the measurement. The device will inform you of any errors, such as excessive movement.
  5. Once the measurement is complete, the systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and pulse rate will be displayed on the backlit LCD.
