Safety Information

Setup

Operating Instructions

Cleaning

Always unplug the appliance before cleaning. Allow the unit to cool down before cleaning. Clean only with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Never allow water or any other liquids to come into contact with the unit. Do not use any abrasive cleaners, brushes, gasoline, kerosene, glass/furniture polish, or paint thinner to clean the massager. Do not immerse in water.

Storage

Place the massager in its box or in a safe, dry, cool place. Avoid contact with sharp edges or pointed objects which might cut or puncture the fabric surface. To avoid breakage, do not wrap the power cord around the unit.

Troubleshooting

• Unit does not turn on: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working electrical outlet. Check if the power button has been pressed.
• No heat: Verify that the heat button has been pressed and its indicator light is on. Allow a few minutes for the heating element to warm up.
• No vibration: Ensure the vibration button has been pressed and cycle through the intensity levels.
• Unit suddenly stops: The unit may have an auto shut-off feature. Turn the unit off and then on again. If the issue persists, unplug the unit and allow it to cool before attempting to use it again.
