This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your DELLFY M16 Dash Cam. Product Overview

The DELLFY M16 Dash Cam features a compact design with a 3-inch IPS screen for clear display. It includes a front camera with a 170° wide-angle lens and a rear camera with a 160° wide-angle lens, providing extensive coverage. The device is equipped with a super capacitor for enhanced durability in extreme temperatures.

Setup and Installation

Follow these steps to properly install your DELLFY M16 Dash Cam in your vehicle.

1. Install the MicroSD Card

The 32GB MicroSD card is pre-installed. To remove or re-insert, gently push the card into the slot until it clicks, then release. It will spring out slightly for removal.

2. Mount the Front Dash Cam

Attach the suction mount to the dash cam. Clean the desired area on your windshield. Press the suction cup firmly against the glass and flip the lever to secure it. Adjust the camera angle as needed using the adjustable knob on the mount.

3. Install the Rear Camera

The rear camera uses an adhesive backing. Clean the area on your rear windshield where you want to mount it. Peel off the protective film from the adhesive and firmly press the camera onto the glass. Connect the rear camera to the main dash cam unit using the provided 21.3 ft. cable.

4. Power Connection

Plug the car charger into your vehicle's 12V power outlet. Connect the USB-C end of the car charger cable to the USB-C port on the top of the main dash cam unit. The dash cam will automatically power on and begin recording when your vehicle starts.

Basic Operation

Using the Mobile App (Viidure APP)

The DELLFY M16 Dash Cam supports 5G WiFi connectivity for faster data transfer and stable connection to your smartphone via the free Viidure APP (available on Google Play and App Store).

  1. Download the App: Search for "Viidure" in your smartphone's app store and install it.
  2. Connect to WiFi:
    • On the dash cam, navigate to the settings menu and enable WiFi.
    • On your smartphone, go to WiFi settings and connect to the dash cam's WiFi network (SSID and password usually displayed on the dash cam screen).
  3. Access Files: Open the Viidure app. You can view live footage, browse recorded videos, and download files directly to your phone.
  4. Adjust Settings: The app allows you to adjust various camera settings, including video resolution, recording time, sound recording, and G-sensor sensitivity.

Maintenance

Troubleshooting

Dash cam does not power on.No power supply or faulty connection.Check car charger connection to both the dash cam and the vehicle's power outlet. Ensure vehicle's power outlet is functional.
Video footage is blurry or unclear.Protective film on lens, dirty lens, or incorrect resolution setting.Remove any protective film. Clean the lens with a soft cloth. Check video resolution settings in the menu/app and set to 4K.
Dash cam freezes or crashes.SD card error or firmware issue.Format the SD card. If the issue persists, try restoring factory settings or checking for firmware updates.
WiFi connection issues.Incorrect password or interference.Ensure correct WiFi password is entered. Try restarting both the dash cam and your smartphone.
