4.1. Fingerprint Access
The lock supports storage of up to 50 unique fingerprints. To unlock, place your registered finger on the sensor. The lock will open instantly with a one-touch unlock mechanism.
4.2. Password Access
Up to 50 passwords can be stored. Enter your registered password on the keypad.
- User Password: Tailored for family members.
- Periodic Password: Designed for temporary access, such as for staff members.
- Master Password: Provides override capabilities in emergencies.

4.3. RFID Card Access
The lock can store up to 50 RFID cards. Present a registered RFID card to the card reader area on the lock to gain access.
4.4. Emergency Key Access
In case of electronic malfunction or battery depletion, use one of the two non-duplicable emergency keys provided to manually unlock the door.
4.5. Privacy Locking
Activate the privacy locking feature from the inside to block all external entry methods, ensuring complete privacy.
4.6. Smart Freeze Mode
If multiple incorrect unlocking attempts are made (e.g., wrong fingerprint, password, or RFID card), the lock will enter Smart Freeze Mode, temporarily locking the keypad to prevent unauthorized access.
5. Maintenance
- Battery Replacement: Replace all 4 AAA batteries when the low battery indicator appears. Do not mix old and new batteries.
- Cleaning: Wipe the lock's surface with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish or electronic components.
- Keypad Care: Keep the keypad clean and free from dirt or debris to ensure accurate input.
- Fingerprint Sensor: Ensure the fingerprint sensor is clean for optimal performance.
6. Troubleshooting
- Lock Not Responding (Battery Drained): If the battery is completely drained, connect a power bank to the emergency USB port on the lock to provide temporary power for unlocking. Then, replace the AAA batteries immediately.
- Incorrect Access Attempts: If the lock enters Smart Freeze Mode due to multiple incorrect attempts, wait for the lockout period to expire before trying again, or use the emergency key.
- Fingerprint Not Recognized: Ensure your finger is clean and dry, and placed correctly on the sensor. Re-register your fingerprint if issues persist.
- Password Not Working: Verify the correct password sequence. Remember the anti-theft password feature allows extra digits before and after the actual code.
