1. Introduction

2. Safety Information

• Ensure all screws are fully tightened before use. Periodically check and re-tighten fasteners.

4. Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps to assemble your VINGLI Patio Chairs. It is recommended to assemble on a soft surface to prevent scratches.

Step 1: Assemble the Chair Frame

1. Place all frame parts (Armrests, Connecting tubes) on a flat, soft surface.
2. Ensure the letter label 'C' on the leg tubes faces forward (front side).
3. Attach the two leg tubes to the main frame using short screws (E), washers (G), and nuts (J). Assemble for the bottom screw hole by hand only.
4. Attach the crossbars between the leg tubes.
5. Insert the short screws (E), washers (G), and nuts (J) into the bottom screw holes. Hand-tighten only.

Step 2: Attach the Seat Fabric

6. Pull and flatten the seat fabric (C).
7. Turn the tube around, ensuring the two holes on the back top face inward.
8. Align the seat fabric with the frame. Insert the longer screws (F), washers (G), and nuts (J) into the upper screw holes. Hand-tighten only.

Step 3: Initial Tightening and Balance Adjustment

9. Using the provided Allen key (K) and wrench (L), tighten all 8 screws to approximately 50% by applying a similar number of turns to each.
10. Place the chair on a level surface and adjust its balance. Ensure all four feet are level.
11. If the chair is uneven, slightly loosen the screws, adjust the chair to be level, and then fully re-tighten.

Step 4: Final Tightening and Covers

12. Once the chair is balanced, fully tighten all 8 screws to 100%.
13. Place the plastic covers (3) over the exposed screw heads.

These chairs are designed for outdoor dining and relaxation. They are stackable for convenient storage.

• Stacking: To save space, stack chairs by lifting one chair and carefully placing it on top of another, aligning the legs and armrests.
• Placement: Position chairs on a flat, stable surface. Avoid placing them on uneven ground to prevent tipping.

• Uneven Chair: If the chair wobbles after assembly, slightly loosen all screws, place the chair on a flat surface, apply gentle pressure to balance it, and then fully re-tighten all screws.
• Difficulty Aligning Holes: Ensure all parts are correctly oriented as per the diagrams. Do not fully tighten any screws until all components are loosely assembled.
