Note: The toilet and tank are shipped in two separate packages and may not arrive at the same time. Ensure all packages are received before beginning installation.

Key Installation Steps (Refer to video for details)

  1. Prepare the Wall: Mark the desired height and position for the in-wall tank carrier system. Ensure the wall structure (2x4 studs) can support the unit.
  2. Mount the Carrier Frame: Securely attach the carrier frame to the wall studs and floor using the provided mounting hardware. Adjust the height as needed.

  3. Connect Plumbing: Install the water supply line and the discharge pipe to the in-wall tank. Ensure all connections are watertight.
  4. Install Rough-in Box and Flush Plate Mechanism: Place the rough-in box and connect the flush plate mechanism. Trim the box to match the wall finish.

  5. Finish Wall: Cover the in-wall tank and carrier with drywall or tile, leaving access for the flush plate and toilet mounting points.
  6. Mount Toilet Bowl: Attach the toilet bowl to the mounting studs protruding from the wall. Connect the flush and drain pipes to the bowl.
  7. Install Toilet Seat: Secure the soft-close toilet seat and cover to the bowl.
  8. Install Flush Plate: Attach the dual-flush plate to the rough-in box, connecting it to the flush mechanism.
  9. Test: Perform a flush test to check for leaks and proper operation.

Operating Instructions

The Eridanus Wall Hung Toilet features a dual-flush system for water conservation and a soft-close seat for quiet operation.

  • Dual-Flush Operation:
    • Press the smaller button on the flush plate for a partial flush (0.8 GPF) for liquid waste.
    • Press the larger button on the flush plate for a full flush (1.6 GPF) for solid waste.

  • Soft-Close Seat: Gently push the toilet seat or lid down. It will close slowly and quietly without slamming. Avoid forcing the seat down, as this can damage the soft-close mechanism.
