This manual provides essential instructions for the safe and efficient operation, installation, and maintenance of your DERMALOGIC Metro Head Spa Bed. Please read this manual thoroughly before use and retain it for future reference.

The DERMALOGIC Metro Head Spa Bed is a professional-grade unit designed for head spa treatments, featuring a U-shape water massage shampoo backwash unit with temperature and circulation control, advanced head therapy functions, and a comfortable massage bed.

2. Safety Information

Important Safety Precautions:

• This product is intended for professional spa and salon use only.
• Do not disassemble the unit if you are not a qualified professional.
• Ensure the water basin is adequately filled before activating the water circulation function to prevent damage.

4. Setup and Installation

Please follow these steps carefully for proper assembly and installation. It is recommended to have two people for assembly.

4.1 Unpacking and Component Check

1. Carefully unpack all components from the packaging.
2. Verify that all parts listed in the packing list are present and undamaged.

4.2 Assembling the Bed Frame

1. Assemble the bed frame components using the provided screws and screwdriver. Ensure all connections are secure.
2. Attach the side panels to the bed frame.
3. Install the base plate into the designated slots within the bed frame.

4.3 Installing the Shampoo Basin and Water System

1. Carefully place the U-shape shampoo basin onto the designated area of the bed frame.
2. Secure the basin using the four screw holes provided.
3. Connect the water circulation pipes:
   • Connect the water circulation outlet pipe from the head basin to the red port of the water pump unit.
   • Connect the water circulation inlet pipe from the head basin to the blue port of the water pump unit.
   • Ensure all connections are tight to prevent leaks.
4. Install the headrest and water circulation arch onto the basin, securing it with the screw fixing port.
5. Place the mattress and cover pillow onto the bed frame.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Filling the Water Tank

1. Ensure the water tank is filled with 1.5-2 liters of water. The water tank must be filled with 20 liters of water before it can be powered on.
2. Use the water level indicator on the side of the unit to monitor the water level.

5.2 Control Panel Functions

• Time Control: Adjust the duration of the spa treatment.
• Temperature Control: Set the desired water temperature. The display shows real-time temperature.
• Water Circulation: Activates the water flow through the U-shape basin. Ensure adequate water is in the basin before activation.
• Water Intensity: Adjusts the pressure of the water massage.
• LED Light: Turns on/off the integrated LED lighting for ambiance.
• Power Switch: Main power control for the unit.

5.3 Performing a Head Spa Treatment

1. Ensure the client is comfortably positioned on the massage bed with their head in the U-shape basin.
2. Fill the basin with water to the appropriate level.
3. Turn on the water circulation using the control panel. Adjust intensity as desired.
4. Set the water temperature to the client's preference (e.g., around 40°C if preheating is required).
5. Utilize the shower head for rinsing hair.
6. Activate the LED light function for enhanced relaxation.

6. Maintenance

Regular cleaning and maintenance are crucial for the longevity and hygiene of your spa bed.

6.1 After Each Use

1. Remove Sprayer Head: Detach the sprayer head from the sprayer hose.
2. Position Sprayer Hose: Insert the sprayer hose directly into the water circulation hole.
3. Flush the System: Turn on the faucet to maximum water pressure. Allow water to flow through the system for 30-60 seconds.

6.2 Weekly Cleaning Routine

1. Prepare the Solution:
   • Plug the drain of the shampoo bowl.
   • Add 2 cups of water to the bowl.
   • Mix in 2 oz. of descaling powder.
2. Run the Circulation:
   • Turn on the water circulation system.
   • Adjust water temperature to 46°C (114.8°F).
   • Let it run for 10 minutes.
3. Drain the Bowl: Turn off the water circulation system and drain the dirty water.
4. Flush the System Again: Repeat steps 1-4 of the "After Each Use" process to flush the system thoroughly.
