3. Setup and Installation
3.1 Unpacking
- Remove all packaging materials, including tape and protective film.
- Inspect the refrigerator for any shipping damage. Report any damage to the carrier immediately.
3.2 Placement
- Place the refrigerator on a strong, level surface capable of supporting its weight (approximately 391 lbs empty) and its contents.
- Ensure adequate ventilation. Maintain a minimum clearance of 4 inches from walls and other obstructions to allow for proper airflow around the unit.
- Avoid direct sunlight or proximity to heat sources.
3.3 Caster and Shelf Installation
- Attach the 4 casters to the bottom of the unit. Once positioned, ensure the casters are locked to prevent movement.
- Install the 8 adjustable shelves into the desired positions within the refrigerator compartments. Ensure shelves are securely seated.
3.4 Electrical Connection
- Connect the refrigerator to a dedicated 115V, 60Hz, single-phase electrical outlet. The unit uses a Type B - 3 pin (North American) power plug.
- Do not use extension cords or adapter plugs.
3.5 Initial Startup
- After installation, allow the refrigerator to stand upright for at least 2 hours before plugging it in.
- Plug in the unit and allow it to operate empty for several hours (e.g., 4-6 hours) to reach its stable operating temperature before loading with products.

- Distribute items evenly on the 8 adjustable shelves. Each shelf can hold up to 210 lbs.
- Do not block the internal air vents to ensure proper air circulation and consistent cooling.

4.3 Door Features
- The doors are self-closing to minimize temperature fluctuations.
- Doors will stay open at a 202-degree angle for convenient loading and unloading.

4.5 Cooling System

5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning
- Exterior: Clean stainless steel surfaces regularly with a mild detergent and a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
- Interior: Wipe down the interior with a solution of mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
- Condenser Coils: Periodically clean the condenser coils to ensure efficient operation. Dust and debris can accumulate, reducing cooling efficiency.
- Door Gaskets: Inspect and clean door gaskets regularly to ensure a tight seal. A damaged or dirty gasket can lead to energy loss and poor cooling.
5.2 Defrost System

6. Troubleshooting
