3. Setup

3.1 Unpacking and Inspection

Carefully remove the machine from its plywood case packaging. Inspect all components for any signs of damage during transit. Report any damage to your supplier immediately.

3.2 Placement

Place the doughnut machine on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is sufficient clearance around the machine for ventilation and safe operation.

3.3 Electrical Connection

This doughnut maker has a high power requirement (up to 3100W or more) and does not come with a standard plug. For safety, it is recommended to connect the machine directly to a circuit breaker. A circuit breaker rated at 35A or higher is required. Consult a qualified electrician for proper installation.

3.4 Initial Cleaning

Before first use, thoroughly clean all food-contact surfaces, including the hopper, dispenser mechanism, molds, and oil tank, with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Filling the Oil Tank

Fill the inner oil tank (capacity 25L) with appropriate frying oil. Ensure the oil level is between the minimum and maximum fill lines. Never operate the machine without oil in the tank.

4.2 Powering On and Temperature Setting

  1. Ensure the machine is properly connected to power.
  2. Turn on the main power switch.
  3. Use the rotary button on the control panel to set the desired oil temperature. The machine's default temperature display is in Celsius.
  4. The maximum allowable temperature setting is 250°C. Do not exceed this limit.

4.3 Preparing Dough and Filling the Hopper

Prepare your doughnut dough according to your recipe. Pour the prepared dough into the 9L hopper of the machine.

4.4 Selecting and Installing Molds

The machine comes with three different molds for various donut shapes and sizes:

4.5 Adjusting Donut Thickness

The machine features a 3-gear adjustment mechanism to control the thickness (or size) of each dispensed donut. Adjust this setting according to your preference and the desired donut size.

4.6 Dispensing Doughnuts

Once the oil reaches the set temperature, manually operate the dripping lever to dispense dough into the hot oil. The machine can produce approximately 500 ring/flower shaped donuts per hour, or up to 2000 ball-shaped donuts per hour, depending on size and operator speed.

5.1 Daily Cleaning

After each use, ensure the machine is powered off and cooled down. Drain the oil from the tank using the drain hole at the bottom. Clean the oil tank, hopper, dispenser, and molds with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely to prevent corrosion and maintain hygiene.

5.2 Regular Inspection

Periodically inspect all components for wear and tear. Check electrical connections for any signs of damage. Ensure all moving parts operate smoothly.
