Setup: Battery Installation

1. Open the Battery Cover: Locate the battery compartment on the device. Slide or lift the cover to open it.
2. Insert Batteries: Insert 2 AA batteries (not included) into the compartment, ensuring correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment.
3. Close the Battery Cover: Securely close the battery compartment cover.

Operating Instructions

Follow these steps to open a jar:

1. Prepare the Jar: Ensure the jar is placed on a stable, non-slip surface.
2. Position the Opener: Place the Ankuwa EJ101 Electric Jar Opener on top of the jar. The internal grips should align with the jar lid.
3. Activate the Opener: Press the button located on the top of the device. The opener will automatically adjust its grips to secure the jar and begin rotating to loosen the lid. For lighter jars, gently hold the top of the opener to prevent tipping during operation.
4. Automatic Operation: The opener will continue to rotate until the lid is loosened. Once the lid is sufficiently loosened, the grips will automatically release, and the device will turn off.
5. Remove Jar and Lid: Carefully remove the jar opener from the jar. The lid should now be loose enough to be easily removed by hand.

Care and Maintenance
