2. Setup

2.1 Unboxing and Package Contents

Before you begin, ensure all items are present in the package:

  • SIM Tray Ejector
  • Screen Protector (Applied)

2.2 SIM Card Installation

The vivo V50 5G supports Dual Nano SIM cards.

  1. Locate the SIM card tray on the side of your device.
  2. Insert the SIM tray ejector tool into the small hole next to the tray and press gently until the tray pops out.
  3. Place your Nano SIM card(s) into the designated slots on the tray, ensuring the gold contacts face downwards.
  4. Carefully reinsert the SIM tray into the phone until it clicks into place.

2.3 Initial Power On and Setup

  1. Press and hold the Power button until the vivo logo appears.
  2. Follow the on-screen prompts to select your language, connect to a Wi-Fi network, and set up your Google account.
