1. Introduction

The AromaRoom AP103-A H13 HEPA Air Purifier is designed to improve air quality in your home, especially in bedrooms and other medium-sized rooms. It effectively removes airborne particles and odors, creating a cleaner and fresher environment.

2. Safety Information

• Always remove the PE bag from the filter before initial use.

3. Setup Guide

3.1 Unpacking and Filter Installation

1. Carefully remove the air purifier from its packaging.
2. Rotate the bottom cover counter-clockwise to unlock and remove it.
3. Take out the filter element and remove the plastic protective bag.
4. Place the filter back into the unit.
5. Secure the bottom cover by turning it clockwise until it locks into place.
6. Connect the power adapter to the air purifier and then to a power outlet.

3.2 Initial Power On

Once the filter is installed and the device is plugged in, press the Power button on the top panel to turn on the air purifier. The default mode will activate.

4. Operating Instructions

The AromaRoom AP103-A features an easy-to-use touch control panel on its top surface.

4.1 Power On/Off

• Press the Power button to turn the unit on or off.

4.2 Adjusting Fan Speed / Mode

• Press the Mode button to cycle through different fan speeds: Low (I), Medium (II), High (III), and Sleep Mode.
• In Sleep Mode, the air purifier operates at a quiet 22 dB, and the lights will automatically turn off after 8 seconds to ensure undisturbed sleep.

4.3 Timer Settings

• Press the Timer button to set the operating duration to 2, 4, or 8 hours. The unit will automatically turn off after the selected time.

4.4 Ambient Light Control

• Press the Light button to cycle through various ambient light colors (Red, Green, Blue, or Gradient Light) or to turn the light off.

4.5 Aromatherapy Function

• Locate the fragrance pad slot on the side of the air purifier.
• Pull out the tray and add a few drops of your favorite essential oil (not included) onto the pad.
• Slide the tray back into the unit. The fan will diffuse the aroma into the room.
• NOTICE: Kindly refrain from using essential oils containing acetone or ether as they may corrode plastic parts.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Filter Replacement

For optimal performance, it is recommended to replace the AromaRoom genuine filter (B0DR1B6R15) every 3-6 months. The filter indicator light will remind you when it's time for a replacement (every 90 days).

1. Turn off and unplug the air purifier.
2. Rotate the bottom cover counter-clockwise to unlock and remove it.
3. Remove the old filter.
4. Insert the new filter (ensure the plastic bag is removed).
5. Replace the bottom cover and turn it clockwise to lock.
6. Plug in the air purifier. Press and hold the "Filter Reset" button for 3 seconds until the red light disappears to reset the filter timer.

5.2 Pre-filter Cleaning

The pre-filter can be cleaned every 2-4 weeks to extend the life of the main filter. Use a soft brush or a vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment to gently remove dust and debris from the pre-filter mesh.

6. Troubleshooting

• Unit does not turn on:
  • Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet.
  • Check if the filter is installed correctly and the bottom cover is locked. The unit has a safety switch that prevents operation if the cover is not properly secured.
• Airflow is weak or noise is excessive:
  • Check if the filter is dirty and needs cleaning or replacement.
  • Ensure there are no obstructions blocking the air inlets or outlets.
  • Verify the fan speed setting; higher speeds produce more airflow and noise.
• Odor is still present:
  • The filter may be saturated with odors and needs replacement.
  • Ensure the room size is within the recommended coverage area for the purifier.
• Filter indicator light remains on after replacement:
  • Press and hold the "Filter Reset" button for 3 seconds to reset the filter timer.
