3. Compatibility

The ABBREE AR-806 antenna features an SMA-Female connector, making it compatible with a wide range of ham radios that utilize an SMA-Male antenna interface. This includes, but is not limited to, popular models from Baofeng and Quansheng.

4. Package Contents

2 x Rubber Shims (for gap adjustment)

5. Setup Instructions

Identify Antenna Port: Locate the SMA-Male antenna port on your compatible ham radio. This is typically found on the top of the radio.
Align Connector: Carefully align the SMA-Female connector of the ABBREE AR-806 antenna with the radio's antenna port.
Screw On Antenna: Gently screw the antenna onto the radio's port in a clockwise direction. Ensure it is finger-tight. Do not overtighten, as this can damage the connector.

6. Operating Guidelines

Once the ABBREE AR-806 antenna is securely attached to your radio, it is ready for use. As a passive component, the antenna does not require specific operational steps beyond proper installation. Its primary function is to receive and transmit radio signals efficiently.
