Product Overview

The Erazer Think Plus XT60 earbuds feature an ergonomic design with ear hooks for a secure fit, ideal for sports and active use. The charging case includes a digital display for battery status.

Setup

1. Charging the Earbuds and Case

1. Place the earbuds into the charging case. Ensure they are correctly seated.
2. Connect the charging case to a 5V 1A (maximum 1 Ampere) USB power source using the provided charging cable. This can be a standard cell phone charger, a laptop USB port, or an equivalent.
3. Important: Do not use a "turbo charger" or fast charger, as this may damage the charging case.
4. The charging time for the case and earbuds is approximately 1.5 hours.
5. The digital display on the charging case will indicate the charging status.

2. Bluetooth Pairing

1. Ensure the earbuds are charged.
2. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth.
4. Search for available Bluetooth devices and select "XT60" from the list.
5. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation sound, and the earbuds will be ready for use.
6. The earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when taken out of the case, if Bluetooth is enabled on the device.

Operating Instructions

The XT60 earbuds feature touch controls for various functions.

Power On/Off

• Power On: Open the charging case, and the earbuds will power on automatically. Alternatively, long-press the touch area on both earbuds for a few seconds.
• Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid. Alternatively, long-press the touch area on both earbuds for a few seconds until they power off.

Music Playback

• Play/Pause: Single tap on either earbud.
• Next Track: Double tap the right earbud.
• Previous Track: Double tap the left earbud.

Call Management

• Answer/End Call: Single tap on either earbud.
• Reject Call: Long-press on either earbud for 2 seconds.

Volume Control

• Volume Up: Triple tap the right earbud.
• Volume Down: Triple tap the left earbud.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Clean the earbuds and charging case weekly, or as needed, using a dry cloth.
• Water Resistance: The product is resistant to sweat and minor splashes but is not waterproof. Avoid submerging the earbuds or exposing them to heavy rain or water.
• Storage: Store the earbuds in their charging case when not in use to protect them and keep them charged.

Troubleshooting

• Earbuds not pairing:
  • Ensure both earbuds are charged.
  • Turn off Bluetooth on your device and turn it back on.
  • Forget "XT60" from your device's Bluetooth list and try pairing again.
  • Place earbuds back in the case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open to reset.
• Only one earbud working:
  • Ensure both earbuds are charged.
  • Try placing both earbuds back in the charging case, closing the lid, and then taking them out again.
  • Perform a factory reset if available (refer to specific instructions if provided by manufacturer, otherwise general reset is usually placing them in case and holding a button).
• No sound:
  • Check the volume level on both your device and the earbuds.
  • Ensure the earbuds are properly connected to your device.
  • Try playing audio from a different application or source.
• Charging case not charging:
  • Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source.
  • Verify that the power source is active.
  • Try a different charging cable or power adapter (ensure it's 5V 1A).
