1.1 General Safety
- Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including eye protection (safety glasses or goggles), hearing protection, and a dust mask.
- Ensure the work area is well-lit and free from clutter.
- Keep children and bystanders away while operating the power tool.
- Do not operate power tools in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of flammable liquids, gases, or dust.
1.2 Electrical Safety
- The polisher is a corded electric tool. Ensure the power source matches the tool's voltage (110V DC).
- Avoid body contact with earthed or grounded surfaces, such as pipes, radiators, ranges, and refrigerators.
- Do not abuse the cord. Never use the cord for carrying, pulling, or unplugging the power tool. Keep cord away from heat, oil, sharp edges, or moving parts.

3. What's in the Box

4. Setup
Follow these steps to assemble your buffer polisher before first use.
4.1 Attaching Handles
The polisher offers multiple holding methods for user comfort and control.

- D-Handle: Attach the D-handle to the top of the polisher using the provided screws and hexagonal wrench. This handle provides a secure grip for overhead or vertical applications.
- Side Handle: Screw the side handle into either the left or right side port on the polisher's head, depending on your preference and working angle. This handle offers additional stability and control.
- No Handle: For certain tasks or tight spaces, the polisher can be operated without an additional handle, relying on the main body grip.
4.2 Attaching Polishing Disk and Pads
The polishing disk and pads attach easily using a hook-and-loop system.

- Ensure the polishing disk is securely attached to the polisher's drive head.
- Align the desired pad (sponge, wool, or sandpaper) with the hook-and-loop surface of the polishing disk.
- Press the pad firmly onto the disk until it is securely attached.

5. Operating Instructions
Proper operation ensures effective results and tool longevity.
5.1 Speed Adjustment
The polisher features 7 variable speed settings, allowing you to select the appropriate RPM for different tasks:

- Settings 1-3 (1000-1500 RPM): Ideal for waxing and buffing.
- Settings 4-5 (1500-2500 RPM): Suitable for general polishing and cleaning.
- Settings 6-7 (2500-3500 RPM): For high-speed grinding and fine polishing.
5.2 Normal Use Steps
Follow these general steps for effective polishing and waxing:

- Step 1: Cleaning - Use a towel to thoroughly clean the surface to be treated and allow it to dry completely.
- Step 2: Waxing - Apply wax evenly onto the surface using the appropriate sponge pads.
- Step 3: Polishing - Use a sponge pad to polish out scratches on the surface. After polishing, allow the treated area to sit for 5-10 minutes.
- Step 4: Wax Removal & Polishing Again - Remove any remaining wax and perform a final polish using the wool pads for a brilliant finish.
5.3 Soft Start Function
The polisher is equipped with a soft start function, which allows the tool to gradually increase to the selected speed. This prevents sudden jolts and provides better control during startup.
5.4 Safety Switch Lock
To reduce user fatigue during prolonged operation, the polisher features a safety switch lock design. Press the lock button to maintain the current speed without continuously holding the trigger.
6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your GEVEELIFE Buffer Polisher.
6.1 Carbon Brush Replacement
The carbon brushes are serviceable and can be replaced when worn. Replacement carbon brushes are included in the package.

- Unscrew the cover plate where the carbon brushes are located.
- Slide the paddle to the side to fix it in place, allowing access to the brush.
- Carefully pull out the original carbon brush.
- Insert the new carbon brush in place.
- Pivot the paddle back to the groove to hold the new brush in place.
- Tighten the screw to secure the cover plate.
6.2 Cleaning and Storage
- After each use, clean the polishing pads and the tool body to remove any residue.
- Store the polisher and its accessories in the provided storage bag in a dry, safe place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your GEVEELIFE Buffer Polisher, try the following common troubleshooting steps:
- Tool not turning on: Check if the power cord is securely plugged into a working electrical outlet. Ensure the power switch is in the 'ON' position.
- Reduced performance: Inspect the polishing pads for wear or excessive buildup. Replace pads if necessary. Check the carbon brushes for wear and replace if they are short or damaged.
- Excessive vibration or noise: Ensure the polishing disk and pads are securely attached and not damaged. Check for any loose components on the tool.
- Overheating: Allow the tool to cool down if it becomes excessively hot. Ensure proper ventilation during use and avoid prolonged continuous operation at maximum load.
