4. Setup and Installation

The Growatt NEXA 2000 is designed for easy plug-and-play installation. Follow these steps for a successful setup.

4.1 Site Selection:

• Choose a location that is well-ventilated and protected from direct sunlight.
• Ensure the surface is stable and can support the weight of the unit and any additional battery modules.
• The unit is IP66 rated, allowing for outdoor installation, but protection from extreme weather conditions is recommended for optimal performance and longevity.

4.2 Electrical Connections:

1. PV Panel Connection: Connect your solar panels to the designated PV input terminals on the NEXA 2000. The unit features 4 MPPTs for optimized solar energy harvesting. Ensure correct polarity.
2. Grid Connection: Plug the NEXA 2000 into a standard wall outlet using the provided power cable. This allows the system to feed excess energy back into the grid or draw power when needed.
3. Battery Expansion (Optional): If expanding capacity, connect additional modular batteries to the designated ports. Refer to the battery module's specific instructions for detailed connection steps.

• Once all connections are secure, press the ON/OFF button on the unit to power it on.

5.3 Off-Grid Functionality:
