3. Assembly Instructions

Assembly is required before first use. Follow these steps carefully. It is recommended to have a second person assist with assembly.

  2. Handlebar Installation: Attach the handlebars to the steering column. Ensure all bolts are securely tightened.
  3. Wheel Attachment: Install the front and rear wheels. Pay attention to the orientation of the tires and ensure they are properly aligned. Secure with the provided nuts and washers.
  4. Suspension Check: Verify that the front fork and rear mono shock suspension components are correctly installed and free from obstruction.
  5. Battery Connection: Connect the battery terminals. Refer to the battery compartment for specific instructions on connecting the 36V battery system.
  6. Safety Flag Installation: Insert the safety flag into its designated slot at the rear of the ATV.
  7. Pre-Ride Inspection: Before the first ride, perform a thorough inspection of all assembled parts, ensuring all connections are secure and there are no loose components.

4. Operating Instructions

Familiarize yourself with the controls and operating procedures before riding.

Starting the ATV:

  1. Insert the parental speed control key into the ignition slot.
  2. Turn the key to the 'ON' position.
  3. Twist the throttle grip gently to accelerate.

Speed Control:

The ATV features dual-speed settings for enhanced safety and control. The parental speed control key allows an adult to select between two speed modes:

  • Low Speed: Approximately 10 MPH (16 km/h)
  • High Speed: Approximately 15 MPH (24 km/h)

To change the speed setting, use the parental control key in the designated switch. Always select a speed appropriate for the rider's skill level and the riding environment.

Braking:

The ATV is equipped with disc brakes. To stop, release the throttle and gently apply the brake lever located on the handlebars.

Charging the Battery:

The 36V battery provides an estimated range of 8-10 miles per charge. Charging time is typically 6-8 hours.

  1. Ensure the ATV is turned OFF before charging.
  2. Locate the charging port on the ATV.
  3. Connect the charger to the ATV's charging port, then plug the charger into a standard electrical outlet.
  4. The charger indicator light will typically show red during charging and turn green when fully charged.
  5. Disconnect the charger once charging is complete. Do not overcharge the battery.

  • Tires: Check tire pressure regularly. Ensure the pneumatic tubeless all-terrain tires are in good condition and free from punctures.

  • Fasteners: Periodically check all nuts, bolts, and fasteners for tightness. Tighten any loose components.
  • Battery: Store the battery in a cool, dry place. Charge it at least once a month if the ATV is not in regular use to maintain battery health.
  • Cleaning: Clean the ATV with a damp cloth. Avoid using high-pressure washers directly on electrical components.
