Package Contents

Please check the package contents upon arrival. If any parts are missing or damaged, contact customer support.

Assembly Instructions

  1. Attach Battery: Insert a compatible DeWalt 20V Max Lithium-Ion battery (not included) into the battery slot on the main vacuum unit until it clicks securely into place.
  2. Assemble Stick Vacuum:
    • Connect the Extension Wand to the main vacuum unit by aligning the connectors and pushing until it clicks.
    • Attach the Motorized Floor Brush to the other end of the Extension Wand, ensuring it clicks securely.

  3. Handheld Configuration: For handheld use, detach the Extension Wand and directly attach desired accessories (2-in-1 brush tool, crevice tool, or flexible hose) to the main vacuum unit.VAXCANZE VAX-HCV Handheld Vacuum with battery

Operating Instructions

  1. Power On/Off: Press the power button on the main unit to turn the vacuum cleaner on or off.
  2. Adjust Suction Mode: The vacuum features 3 suction modes. Press the mode button on the LED touchscreen display to cycle through the low, medium, and high suction settings.   3. Using Attachments:

    • 2-in-1 Brush Tool: Use the brush for delicate surfaces like upholstery and curtains, or retract the bristles for a wider nozzle.
    • Crevice Tool: Perfect for reaching tight corners, gaps, and edges in your home or car.
    • Flexible Hose: Provides extended reach and flexibility for cleaning awkward spaces, such as inside a car or high shelves.

Maintenance

Emptying the Dustbin

To maintain optimal suction, empty the dustbin regularly, especially when debris reaches the MAX fill line.

  1. Ensure the vacuum is turned off and the battery is removed.
  2. Locate the dustbin release button (usually near the bottom of the main unit).
  3. Press the release button to detach the dustbin.
  4. Hold the dustbin over a trash receptacle and press the bottom release latch to open the dustbin flap and empty contents.
  5. Close the dustbin flap and reattach the dustbin to the main unit until it clicks.

Cleaning the HEPA Filter

The HEPA filter should be cleaned monthly or as needed to ensure efficient filtration.

  1. Remove the dustbin as described above.
  2. Twist and pull out the HEPA filter from the dustbin.
  3. Tap the filter gently over a trash can to remove loose dust.
  4. Rinse the filter under cold running water until the water runs clear. Do not use detergent.
  5. Allow the filter to air dry completely for at least 24 hours before reinserting it into the dustbin. Do not use a hairdryer or other heating methods.
  6. Reassemble the filter and dustbin, then reattach to the main unit.

Cleaning the Brush Head

Regularly check the motorized floor brush for tangled hair or debris.

  1. Ensure the vacuum is turned off and the battery is removed.
  2. Locate the release tab on the side of the brush head.
  3. Open the cover and remove the brush roll.
  4. Use scissors or a cleaning tool to cut and remove any tangled hair or fibers.
  5. Reinsert the brush roll and close the cover securely.

Troubleshooting
