4. Setup

1. Download the Feit Electric app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

4.3 Pairing the Doorbell with the App

1. Open the Feit Electric app and tap the '+' icon to add a new device.
2. Select 'Smart Doorbell' from the device list.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the doorbell to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. Ensure your phone is connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
4. The app will guide you through the pairing process, which typically involves scanning a QR code displayed on your phone with the doorbell's camera.

4.4 Pairing the Wireless Chime

The included wireless chime automatically pairs with the doorbell once both are powered on and the doorbell is connected to the app. Plug the chime into a standard USB-A port or power adapter.

4.5 Mounting the Doorbell

The doorbell is designed for easy DIY installation using its self-adhesive backing or included screws for a more permanent fixture. Consider the dimensions of the doorbell (approximately 1.5 x 2.1 x 6.2 inches) when choosing a mounting location.

1. Choose a location near your front door that provides a clear view and good Wi-Fi signal.
2. Clean the mounting surface thoroughly if using the adhesive option.
3. Attach the mounting bracket to the desired location using the adhesive or screws.
4. Securely attach the doorbell to the mounting bracket.

5. Operating the Doorbell

5.1 Live View and Two-Way Audio

Access the live video feed from your doorbell anytime through the Feit Electric app. When a visitor presses the doorbell or motion is detected, you will receive a push notification on your mobile device. Tap the notification to view the live feed and use the two-way audio feature to speak with your visitor.

5.2 Motion Detection and AI Features
