2. Safety Information
Read all safety instructions before installation and operation. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.
- Do not disassemble, puncture, or modify the battery.
- Do not expose the battery to fire, high temperatures (above 158°F / 70°C), or direct sunlight for extended periods.
- Do not short-circuit the battery terminals.
- Use only the provided 58.4V 18A LiFePO4 charger. Using an incompatible charger may damage the battery or cause fire.
- Ensure proper ventilation during charging and operation.
- Keep the battery away from water and moisture. The battery has an IP65 rating, but direct submersion should be avoided.
- In case of battery damage or leakage, avoid contact with the electrolyte and seek professional assistance.
- The built-in Smart 200A BMS provides protection against overcharging, over-discharging, overloading, high temperature, and short circuits. It will automatically disconnect the battery if the temperature falls below -4°F (-20°C) or rises above 158°F (70°C).

3. Setup and Installation
The Elefast 48V 100AH Lithium Battery is designed for straightforward installation as a drop-in replacement for lead-acid batteries in compatible golf carts.
3.1 Compatibility
This battery kit is compatible with major brands of golf carts, including Ezgo, Club Car, and Yamaha. Its dimensions (20.47"L x 10.55"W x 8.62"H) and interface are designed to match existing battery trays.

3.2 Installation Steps
- Preparation: Ensure the golf cart is turned off and the ignition key is removed. Disconnect any existing battery system.
- Remove Old Batteries: Carefully remove the old lead-acid batteries. Note their configuration for reference, though the lithium battery simplifies the setup.
- Prepare Battery Tray: Clean the battery tray. If necessary, modify the tray to accommodate the new battery's dimensions. Some golf cart models may require minor adjustments to mounting brackets.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Charging the Battery
Use only the Elefast 58.4V 18A LiFePO4 charger provided with your kit.
- Ensure the golf cart is turned off.
- Connect the charger's AC input cable to a standard wall outlet.
- Connect the charger's DC output cable to the charging port on the battery.
- The charger will indicate charging status. A full charge from empty typically takes approximately 5 hours.
- Once fully charged, disconnect the charger from the battery, then from the wall outlet.
The battery supports various charging methods, including the provided charger, solar panels, and diesel generators.

4.2 LCD Touch Monitor and Bluetooth APP

- LCD Monitor: Displays real-time battery information such as State of Charge (SOC), voltage, current, temperature, and cycle times.
- Bluetooth APP: Download the Elefast app to your smartphone. Connect via Bluetooth to monitor battery status, discharge information, and other parameters remotely.

5. Maintenance
The Elefast LiFePO4 battery is designed to be largely maintenance-free compared to traditional lead-acid batteries.

- Storage: If storing the battery for an extended period, ensure it is charged to approximately 80% capacity. Store in a cool, dry place. The battery has a very low self-discharge rate.
