Verify that all components are present in the package:

Setup

1. Docking Station Placement

Place the multifunction docking station on a hard, level surface against a wall. Ensure there is at least 0.5 meters (1.6 feet) of clear space on both sides and 1.5 meters (4.9 feet) in front of the dock for optimal robot navigation. Connect the power cable to the dock and plug it into a power outlet.

2. Initial Charging

Place the robot onto the charging contacts of the docking station. The robot will automatically power on and begin charging. Allow the robot to fully charge before its first use.

3. App Connection

Download the roborock app from your mobile device's app store. Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to add your roborock QV 35S. A 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network is required for app connection.

Maintenance

1. Multifunction Dock Maintenance

The multifunction dock automatically washes and dries the mop pads, refills the water tank, and empties the dustbin. The dustbag in the dock can hold debris for over 7 weeks. Regularly check and empty the dustbag as needed. The entire docking station is detachable for easy and thorough cleaning to prevent sludge and dirt buildup.

2. Main Brush and Side Brush Cleaning

The robot features a dual anti-tangle system with a rubberized floating main brush and a unique arc-shaped side brush. While designed to prevent tangles, it is recommended to periodically check and clean the brushes, especially if you have pets with long hair. Remove any hair or debris wrapped around the brushes. The improved side brush is SGS-certified for a 0% entanglement rate.
