Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble your Ultenic U20 Cordless Vacuum Cleaner:

1. Attach the Flexible Extension Wand: Align the connection point of the flexible extension wand with the main motor unit and push until it clicks into place.
2. Connect the Floor Brush: Attach the anti-tangle floor brush to the other end of the flexible extension wand, ensuring it clicks securely.
3. Install Battery: Insert the battery pack into the designated slot on the main motor unit until it locks.
4. Attach Accessories (Optional): For handheld use or specific cleaning tasks, attach the crevice tool or 2-in-1 brush tool directly to the main motor unit or the end of the flexible wand.

Charging the Battery

Before first use, fully charge the battery. The battery can be charged while attached to the vacuum or separately.

• Connect the power adapter to the charging port on the main motor unit or directly to the battery if removed.
• Plug the power adapter into a wall outlet.
• The LED display will indicate charging status. A full charge typically takes 4-5 hours.
• Once fully charged, unplug the adapter.

Operating Instructions

Powering On/Off

Press the power button once to turn the vacuum on. Press it again to turn it off. No need to hold the trigger during operation.

Suction Modes

The Ultenic U20 offers multiple suction modes for different cleaning needs:

• Floor Mode: Ideal for hard floors and light debris, offering extended runtime.
• Carpet Mode: Increased suction for carpets and rugs.

Maintenance

Emptying the Dustbin

The 1.5L dustbin should be emptied regularly, especially when the MAX fill line is reached.

1. Hold the main motor unit over a waste bin.
2. Press the dustbin release button to open the bottom flap and empty contents.
3. Close the flap securely until it clicks.

Cleaning the Filter

The 7-layer filtration system, including the H12 HEPA filter, should be cleaned regularly to maintain suction power and prevent secondary air pollution. It is recommended to clean the filter every 2-4 weeks depending on usage.

1. Twist and pull to remove the filter assembly from the dustbin.
2. Tap the filter gently over a bin to remove loose dust.
3. Rinse the filter under cold running water until the water runs clear. Do not use detergent.
4. Allow the filter to air dry completely for at least 24 hours before reinserting. Ensure it is completely dry to prevent damage to the motor.

Cleaning the Anti-Tangle Brush

Periodically check the brush roll for tangled hair or debris.

1. Turn off the vacuum and detach the floor brush.
2. Locate the brush roll release tab/lock on the side of the floor brush and open it.
3. Remove the brush roll.
4. Use scissors or a cleaning tool to cut and remove any tangled hair or fibers.
5. Reinsert the brush roll and secure the lock.
