Setup
Unpacking
- Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Check for any damage during transit. If any damage is found, do not use the appliance and contact customer support.

Initial Use
- Ensure the dust cup assembly is securely attached to the main unit.
- Unwind the power cord completely.
- Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet (120V AC).
Operation
Powering On/Off
Press the Switch Button located on the handle to turn the vacuum cleaner on. Press it again to turn the appliance off.
Cleaning Functions
- UV-C Light: The 275nm UV-C light activates automatically when the vacuum head is in contact with a surface. For safety, it will turn off if the unit is lifted.
- 140°F Hot Air: The built-in hot air system operates concurrently with the vacuum, providing heat to assist in drying and particle disruption.
- Roller Brush: The high-speed roller brush rotates during operation to agitate fabric surfaces, helping to dislodge embedded dust and debris.
Aromatherapy Function
To use the aromatherapy feature:
- Locate the fragrance compartment on the side of the vacuum head.
- Open the compartment cover.
- Insert one of the provided fragrance pads into the slot. You may also add a few drops of your preferred essential oil to the sponge pad.
- Close the compartment cover securely.
- The scent will be dispersed during vacuum operation.

- Move the vacuum cleaner slowly and steadily across the surface to allow the suction, UV-C light, and hot air to work effectively.
- For best results on mattresses, clean in overlapping passes.

Emptying and Cleaning Dust Cups
The dual dust cup design separates larger debris from fine dust, improving filtration efficiency.

- Press the Dust Cup Release Button to detach the dust cup assembly from the main unit.
- Carefully empty the contents of both dust cups into a trash receptacle.
- Rinse the dust cups with water if necessary. Ensure they are completely dry before reattaching.
Cleaning the HEPA Filter
The H12-grade HEPA filter is crucial for trapping fine particles. It is located within the dust cup assembly.
- Remove the HEPA filter from the dust cup assembly.
- Tap the filter gently over a trash can to dislodge accumulated dust.
- If heavily soiled, rinse the HEPA filter under running water. Do not use detergents.
- Allow the filter to air dry completely for at least 24 hours before reinserting. Do not use the vacuum with a wet filter.
Cleaning the Roller Brush
- Locate the cover lock for the rolling brush on the underside of the vacuum head.
- Unlock and remove the rolling brush cover plate.
- Carefully remove the rolling brush.
- Remove any tangled hair or debris from the brush using scissors or a brush cleaning tool.
- Reinsert the rolling brush and secure the cover plate.

Storage
Store the vacuum cleaner in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children.
